WHY THE MEASURES YOU IMPLEMENT DON’T GIVE RESULTS?
Some cities and municipalities do not implement any measures to control dog population. So it is not unusual that this problem is so pronounced in their communities.
On the other hand, maybe your city or a municipality is an example to follow: you respect everything as regulated – all laws and measures prescribed by the existing dog population control programme – from establishing a zoohygiene service for the capture of dogs, to spaying and neutering and their placing in shelters.
And even then, has that made any impact on the number of abandoned dogs roaming the streets?
Unfortunately not.

What troubles your city or a municipality, in fact is so-called ‘vicious circle’ caused by the inconsistency in the efforts to solve the problem, where the following happens:
Amount of funds spent on solving problems related to stray animals increases: the number of dogs caught increases – from 19.750 (2010) to 34.650 (2015). Total of 171.949 dogs caught in 6 years!
Number of shelters built also increases: total of 43 municipal shelters in 6 years (2010-2015)!
In spite of efforts, instead of decreasing, the number of injuries caused by animal attacks increases: from 9.867 injured persons (2010) to 15.024 injured persons (2015). Total of 77.498 citizens injured in 6 years!
Amount of compensations paid to citizens due to damages caused by abandoned animals increases: from 1.566.600 EUR (2010) to 1.566.600 EUR (2015). Total of 24.953.593 EUR n 6 years!
This happens because the implemented measures are not in line with specific needs of the local community. So not only that millions are spent every year on compensations, but also there are problems of the municipal hygiene, health of dogs and of the community, environmental problems and social conflicts.
Problems are being piled up and you, quite understandably, feel totally helpless..
THERE IS A SOLUTION AND IT IS CLOSER THAN YOU THINK!
